We process your data under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in answering correspondence we receive).
5. Data Recipients
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Only the providers of the technical services needed to run the contact form have access to it: — Resend, Inc. (USA) — the email delivery service through which your message reaches us and the confirmation is sent — Vercel Inc. (USA) — website hosting and Vercel Web Analytics (anonymised visit statistics, no cookies, no identification of individuals) — Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) — the Turnstile service that protects the form from spam; it checks that a human is filling in the form, processing technical data such as your IP address and browser information (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — protecting the form from abuse) These providers are based in the United States. Transfers are based on the European Commission's adequacy decision (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
6. Data Retention
We retain contact form data for up to 12 months after your last interaction with us. After this period, your data is permanently deleted unless we have an ongoing business relationship.
